Our mill produces different types of extra virgin olive oil. The main ones are those of the four extra virgin olive oils, two of which (Ginestra and Salsedine) are mainly aimed at families and two (Libeccio and Bio), on the other hand, are more gourmet and also ideal for restaurants and reference shops. I names directly recall the link with the sea; not a simple geographical reference, but a constitutive element of the essence, production and gastronomic use of extra virgin olive oil.
