It is our oil of the heart. It comes from two olive groves, dedicated to ORGANIC CULTIVATION, located on a hill almost overlooking the sea at about 120 meters above sea level.

Cultivation habitat
Exclusively olive groves overlooking the sea exposed to both iodine-laden breezes and fresh winds from the north-west.
Average age of the plants
Partly around 60 – 70 years old, partly young people around 7 years old.
Organoleptic characteristics
Fresh and delicate medium-fruity herbaceous, medium / light bitter and spicy, characterized by green color that in optimal storage conditions remains for many months.
Recommended combinations
Raw, carpaccio, lightly structured and delicate dishes, cream of pumpkin and legume soups not too elaborate.
